The real estate transaction, whether buying or selling, can be a complex one…. but it doesn’t have to be! If you have someone seasoned, qualified and knowledgeable on your side, who listens to what you need, then the process can be nearly stress free. Sorry, I can’t determine how the bank, lawyers and others in the process treat you, but I am here to facilitate as much as possible.

With over 25 years’ experience in real estate, beginning in an international franchise and having founded two real estate companies from scratch, I have dealt with many awkward or challenging situations. I have witnessed and lived the ups and downs in the market over the years, as well as seen the advances in technology that continually move the industry forward.

The traditional ‘Kiwi Dream’ is to own your own property…typically a quarter acre section with a family home. Over time this has changed dramatically in what it looks like, yet still it is at the forefront of what most New Zealanders strive for – owning their own property. While technology has rapidly marched us into an amazing world of exigency and online operations, I recognise that this is not everyone’s be all and end all. Some salespeople these days forget the human side to the equation and this is where I recognise the need to be relatable and empathic to each individual’s situation. There must be the balance between the old and the new to reach the goal of making your Kiwi Dream come to life.
